This Return Policy applies to paid consultancy services provided by Boostluminous. As we deliver professional services rather than physical goods, "returns" are handled through cancellation, rescheduling, and refund procedures outlined below.
1. Service nature
Our offerings include workshops, coaching sessions, programme design, and related digital wellbeing consultancy. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in your service agreement or proposal.
2. Cancellation by client
If you need to cancel a booked session or programme:
- More than 14 days before the start date: full refund of any prepaid fees, minus non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund of prepaid fees or credit toward a rescheduled date within 90 days.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund unless we can reallocate the slot; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Digital materials
Guides and playbooks delivered electronically are non-returnable once access has been granted. If materials were not as described in your agreement, contact us within 14 days to discuss a partial refund or replacement resource.
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
6. Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Contact contact@boostluminous.world with your booking reference. If a matter remains unresolved, you may seek remedies available under Australian consumer law.
